75T DMA & Overlay
Quick Start Guide
From unbox to first boot in under ten minutes. Follow each step in order — the firmware flash and EDID injection must happen before the secondary PC sees the overlay output.
- STEP / 01
Seat the 75T board
Power down the secondary PC. Insert the 75T DMA board into a free PCIe Gen3 x1 slot. Secure the bracket and reconnect power.
- STEP / 02
Wire HDMI passthrough
Run HDMI from the gaming PC into DMA-V5 IN. Run DMA-V5 OUT into your primary monitor. Both cables ship in the kit.
- STEP / 03
Connect KMBOX NET
Plug KMBOX NET into the gaming PC via USB, and into the same LAN switch as the secondary PC. No driver install required.
- STEP / 04
Flash firmware
Connect the Type-C cable to the DMA-V5 firmware port. Open the vendor flash tool and load the latest signed image.
- STEP / 05
Inject EDID & boot
Run the EDID inject utility on the secondary PC, reboot once, and confirm overlay rendering and HID input.
Troubleshooting
- No overlay output
- Re-run EDID inject and confirm DMA-V5 OUT is connected to the monitor (not IN).
- KMBOX not detected
- Both PCs must be on the same LAN segment. Disable Wi-Fi on the gaming PC to force LAN binding.
- Firmware flash fails
- Use the bundled Type-C cable — third-party cables often lack the required data lines.
