No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incompatibility, or failure to read product descriptions.
Product Condition
Items are sold as-is. Hardware is tested for functionality before shipment. Firmware and software configuration are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been handed to the carrier. Shipping insurance is available at checkout where offered.
